Location: This beautiful holiday accommodation is located in a lovely campsite near Viareggio. We are in the heart of Versilia, only 800 metres from the sea (free shuttle available from 01.06-10.09), near the historic Lake Puccini and not far from art cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena. The beach can be easily reached by bike via a pine forest.

Surrounded by a vast pine forest, the campsite is 1500 m from the town centre and only 800 m from the sea, which can be reached via an avenue through the unspoilt pine forest. Covering an area of 30,000 square metres, it offers its guests an excellent restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar and a TV room with internet access, as well as a well-stocked shop, in addition to hygienic amenities.

At guests' disposal from 1 June to 10 September are 1 swimming pool (with swimming cap only) 10 x 20 metres, depth 1.10 to 1.40 metres, equipped with sun loungers and parasols and 1 children's pool 4 x 2 metres and 0.30 metres deep, barbecue area for the community. Launderette for a fee.
Facilities: The campsite has 26 wooden bungalows. These are typical, beautiful little houses with a veranda and a forecourt for bicycles and pushchairs. Kitchen-living room with dining table and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or 3 single beds for an extra charge, bed linen and towels can be hired for a fee), bathroom with shower. WiFi reception (for a fee) is guaranteed near the reception.
To be paid on site: Deposit €100. Bed linen not optional €6 for double bed and not optional €4 for single bed. Towels not optional €5. Air conditioning optional €10 per day. Tourist tax: (not optional) €1.00 per day per person aged 18 and over for a maximum of 10 days.
