The Margherita holiday home is the right side house of the 3 comfort holiday homes in the mountain village of Vercana above Domaso, in a picturesque village on the upper western shore of Lake Como, 3 km from the lake. A breathtaking panorama on a sun-drenched hillside stretching south of the lake, contrasting with the majestic surrounding mountains, makes this charming village with a Mediterranean climate a place suitable for a holiday at any time of year. Above is the Collina residence, the garden, children's playground and hobby-game room can be shared. On the lake side is the partially covered terrace with large barbecue and dining table set and sun loungers.

The solar-heated 10 x 3 metre pool is open from Holy Week to the end of October, depending on the weather.
Sunny shallow beaches are on the headland in Domaso.

The interior is stylish, modern and comfortable.
The light-filled living area offers a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains with a terrace with access to the swimming pool.
Dining or simply chilling in the sun on these terraces is something you won't forget.

The fantastic sunny location inspires all year round: panoramic view combined with cosy living flair.
Due to the hillside location, there are few, unsecured wall projections - small children require increased supervision here.
There is an information office in the residence with a German-speaking contact person.

There is a parking space for your vehicle next to the property.
