Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Como from this beautifully decorated holiday home in the charming village of Pianello del Lario. With a spacious terrace with pergola, an enclosed garden and a peaceful setting, this is the perfect place to completely unwind.

The property
The house is warmly and stylishly furnished and offers all the comfort for six people. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and dryer. From every room you enjoy a stunning view of the lake.

Peaceful and secure location
The property is part of a small gated community of just 12 houses. As our house is the most secluded within the complex, it is wonderfully quiet. The enclosed garden offers privacy, and dogs are very welcome.

Parking and accessibility
Via the garage — with one dedicated parking space — you reach the house comfortably by lift. Next to the house there is also a free additional parking space available for a second car.

Swimming pool and facilities
Guests have access to the shared swimming pool, available during the mid and high season. A supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, and the beach is literally around the corner.

Plenty to do in the area
The surrounding area has something for everyone for an active holiday: sailing and motorboat rental, surf and kiteboard lessons, e-bike rental, a climbing park and much more. Along the lake runs a beautiful walking path that starts at Cremia, two kilometres south of Pianello, and stretches along the entire northern shore. At the waterfront you will find various restaurants, cafés and lovely terraces — all within walking distance.

Why the northern shore of Lake Como?
The northern part of the lake was deliberately chosen for its tranquillity. Here, the busy main road disappears into a tunnel, making traffic barely noticeable. On the southern side of the lake it is considerably busier. Furthermore, a scenic walking path runs along the entire northern shore right at the water's edge — ideal for a morning stroll or a relaxing evening walk after dinner.
