Whether you`re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a cozy movie night, this home is designed to bring everyone together while still offering space to spread out.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, featuring a full suite of appliances including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. You`ll also have access to a crockpot, Keurig K-Mini, and a Mr. Coffee maker for added convenience. You`ll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed for your stay, along with a spacious dining area that makes it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the hot tub, fire pit, kayak, and patio.

You will also have access to the community amenities at Ocotillo Springs Resort, including the clubhouse, gym, pool, spa, and splash pad. There is also a playground located near the pool, as well as pickleball courts (please note there are no lights for nighttime play). Trailer parking is available within the community.

Please note that the owner’s closet is a restricted area and is not accessible to guests.

We offer full self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience and settle in with ease.

The property offers a 2-car garage along with 2 additional parking spots in the driveway. There is also plenty of guest parking available nearby, including space for trailer parking if needed.

-No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue
-Pets may be allowed with prior approval—please check with us first. A pet fee applies.-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 10 guests
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-A $500 refundable credit card hold or a $35 non‑refundable damage waiver is required before check‑in.
