Please note that the home features multiple levels, interior staircases, and a rooftop terrace. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. The rooftop terrace and stairs may not be suitable for young children.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise, especially on the rooftop terrace, to a reasonable level during your stay.

The BBQ grill is available for guest use; and is a direct gas lone so no propane or charcoal required. Guests are asked to keep garage doors closed when not in use and to use caution when enjoying the rooftop amenities. Children must be supervised at all times.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Unauthorized guests, parties, events, or violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
