Welcome to a hint of Charleston's Rainbow Row on Seabrook Island. The Charleston Rosa by the Sea is an end-unit townhome, complete with a garage, three-stop elevator, game room, multiple balconies, and four spacious bedrooms. Guests enter through an outer door onto your private porch. Once inside, the main floor boasts hardwood floors and an open flow from the bright kitchen, dining room, and family room with plush seating and a gas log fireplace with wonderful views of the lagoon and swimming pool. A private balcony with seating overlooks the tropical lagoon. The villa uniquely features a three-stop elevator inside the property, providing seamless access to the upper levels—making it absolutely ideal for guests who prefer or need to avoid stairs. Plantation shutters, ceiling fans, LED lighting, and quality appliances are featured throughout the home.
The main living level enjoys a guest bedroom and full bath, while the upper floor, with beautiful views, finds the large primary bedroom and bathroom, two guest rooms, and the laundry room, all fully accessible by the internal elevator. The ground level space is set up for entertainment with ping pong, foosball, and a card table.
Guests have access to four miles of private unspoiled beaches, and the Seabrook Island Clubhouse where you can work on your golf game or grab a bite. The Seabrook Island Oceanfront Beach Club is located across the street and features two swimming pools and the Pelican's Nest, the seasonal restaurant where dolphins swim by and pelicans dive into the water for their meals. Two premier, meticulously maintained golf courses await golfers.
• BEACH: 2 miles away. • ELEVATOR: This property features an internal, three-stop elevator providing easy access to all living levels—ideal for guests needing to avoid stairs. • CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity cards included. A $55 savings per day. Access to Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. Lakehouse outdoor pool accessible too. • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. There is driveway parking and garage access. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as vehicles. • LSV GOLF CARTS: Gas-powered LSV vehicles are permitted at this property. • CHILDREN: Children welcome. • PET POLICY: Pets considered. Pet fee applies. • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island offers access to private amenities for guests obtaining an Amenity Card. These cards offer access to on-island dining, the beach club pool, tennis and paddleball, golf, and the equestrian center. Amenity cards, that offer guests access to the pools, dining on the island, tennis and golf, are included with this stay (providing a $55 per day savings per family). There are additional fees for certain activities (a round of golf, trail rides, dining, etc.) but an Amenity Card is needed to access these amenities. Cards can be obtained prior to and the beginning of your stay. Once reserved, we will provide information on obtaining these cards. Should you choose to opt-out of obtaining an Amenity Card, the outdoor Lakehouse pool and beaches are available for your enjoyment. The Amenity office can issue a limited card to access that pool. Equestrian center rides can also be obtained without the card by paying with a credit card. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. We can send these to our guests in advance. Regarding vehicle parking, there is driveway parking, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is also garage access. PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
