Beautiful townhome located in the new coastal resort destination Kiawah River with 3 bedrooms, each with a private attached bathroom. The ground level has a one car garage, and the backside offers a gathering space with couch, tv and outdoor fireplace. Come upstairs to the 2nd floor and find a large kitchen, dining area, bar, half bath, living room and well-appointed screen in porch. There is a large smart tv and WIFI throughout. Ascend to the 3rd floor and you'll find two bedrooms, one king and one queen, laundry room and additional screened in porch overlooking Kiawah River. The king bedroom bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The queen bedroom bath has a walk-in shower.

The top and 4th floor has a cozy common area with flatscreen television, desk space and three twin beds and an additional trundle plus queen sized bedroom with attached bath/walk-in shower.

Tidewater is a part of the Kiawah River Sea Island community on Johns Island, South Carolina. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway.

Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

Kiawah River is ten minutes from Kiawah and Seabrook Island. 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rental is an option.

-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
