🚧 Renovation Noise: The apartment next door is currently undergoing a full renovation. The good news is that the heavy, noisier construction is already finished; however, as they finalize the project over the next 2–3 months, you may still hear some light occasional activity during the day.



🪪 In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre-check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID.

🔇 Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations)

In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours:



☀️ Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00

❄️ Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30



During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited:

- Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise

Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings.

- Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily.

Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas).

Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in fines or legal action.
