We would not host this guest again. During the stay, there was undisclosed property damage resulting in more than $500 in repairs. Multiple house rules were violated, including music being played until approximately 3:00 a.m., smoking on the property, and an after-hours disturbance involving profanity directed at her own guests. The outdoor grill was brand new before this stay. While we encourage guests to enjoy our amenities, it was left overflowing with grease and required extensive cleaning before it could be safely used again. The home required an extraordinary amount of cleaning. Food residue, including chicken, barbecue sauce, grease, and other debris, was left on the floors, walls, cabinet doors, refrigerator handles, and appliances. Handprints were left on multiple mirrors. Toiletries and oversized pool floats were left behind. Indoor kitchen towels were used instead of the grilling towels we provide, and several bath towels were permanently stained. When we attempted to discuss these concerns, the guest replied, “We paid you for our stay.” Payment for a reservation does not excuse property damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules. We consistently receive outstanding reviews across multiple platforms. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this guest to future hosts.

Ryan brings a builder's mindset, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, while Linda is an interior designer, real estate professional, and entrepreneur with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Together, we love transforming ordinary homes into thoughtfully curated retreats where guests can truly relax, reconnect, and feel at home.

Casa Bella Collection was created from our belief that temporary housing does not have to feel temporary.
