Inside the Studio

The layout is open, efficient, and intentional.

A king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin bed sleep up to 5 comfortably. A full kitchen, dining space, and large sectional connect naturally, creating an easy flow for relaxing, cooking, and gathering.

The coffee bar is fully equipped with a French press, pour-over, grinder, Keurig, coffee pot, and kettle. High-speed WiFi reaches the entire property, indoors and out.

Outdoor Living

The backyard is the heart of The Style Studio.

A resort-style pool with waterfall and tanning deck anchors the space, now surrounded by turf, five pool loungers, umbrellas, and multiple places to relax. The hot tub, fire pit, covered dining area, Blackstone grill, and permanent outdoor movie screen extend the experience from day into night.

The upgraded outdoor area also includes a 3-hole putting green, cornhole, a new privacy fence, and a custom mural that gives the backyard even more personality.

To finalize your reservation, a rental agreement must be signed and a refundable security hold is required prior to arrival. The hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage or policy violations. This is a standard process across our properties and is in place to protect both guests and the home.
