We are disappointed to see this review, as we made every effort to address the guest’s concerns promptly and professionally throughout their stay. When the odor concern was brought to our attention, we responded immediately and offered to send someone out to inspect the issue, but we did not receive a response or request for assistance. Regarding the additional cleaning charge, it was not submitted without reason. Upon entering the home after checkout, we found significant cleaning and damage issues that went beyond normal guest use. There was trash left throughout the home, balloons tied around the property, and clear signs that an unauthorized gathering had taken place. We also found damaged items, blood stains on the white bedding, orange handprints on the walls, and additional areas requiring a heavy reset and deep cleaning. We have detailed before-and-after photos documenting the condition of the home before and after the stay. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable experience for every guest and take concerns seriously when they are brought to our attention. It is unfortunate that the condition of the home and the circumstances surrounding the additional cleaning needs were not accurately represented.
