We have plenty of beach items such as umbrella, cooler, wagon and beach towels for guest use. Beaches are minutes away!

The house has a very large kitchen space and two living areas with TV`s for entertaining and spending time with each other.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Adult XL Singles, Air Mattress upon request.

Guests have full access to the entire property which is a private single family house in a very quite residential community beaming with ownership pride. The pool area is surrounded by a concrete wall so guests can enjoy their time in complete privacy.

TV`s are in living rooms and all bedrooms.
• Pool Heater: Advance notice needed to heat the pool prior to arrival. $30/electric surcharge fee per day of use.
Guests tampering with the heater or using it without approval can result in a $500 fine.

* Park on driveway only. City will tow if on the street or on neighbors property.

* Party warning: Disturbances can result in immediate forfeiture of rsvp without refund.

• Pets: Must be pre-approved. Pet fee $125.

• No Smoking Indoors, including Vape.
$500 extra clean fee will be assessed if evidence is found inside.

• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it. USE AT YOUR OWN LEISURE.

• Trash: All trash must be bagged to prevent unwanted pests.

INDEMNITY & HOLD HARMLESS. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, for any liabilities, claims, damages, injuries, costs or expenses whatsoever arising from or related to your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, pool, hot tub, and other amenities including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of any kind resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.
