This gorgeous property features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and attached full bathroom, offering plenty of room for guests to relax. With three bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and a hair dryer is ready for use whenever you need it. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet evening indoors, this tremendous space welcomes you with open arms. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Port Clinton.

This home is absolutely stunning! The entire interior is brand new as of May 2026! This home boasts brand new furnishings, appliances and gorgeous decor throughout.

The three bedrooms each have king size beds and attached full bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. Bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, micellar water, hair spray, mousse, cotton rounds and Q-Tip's are provided. Each of the three bedrooms also have their own TV's with streaming services.

The main living space encompasses the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, comfortable, stylish living room furniture and a two-story stone, gas fireplace. You will enjoy a stunning view of the lake from here as you gaze out the wall of windows! The kitchen does come fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glassware, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods included), serving bowls, ice maker in the fridge and basic spices.

Upstairs, you will find one of the three bedrooms with a full bathroom. You will also find a quiet seating space in the loft area. This space also offers large windows overlooking the gorgeous lake. It's the perfect spot to unwind, take in the views and catch up on a good book!

On the first level, you will find the laundry room with full-size, front-end load washer and dryer. Laundry pods are provided. You will also find an array of beach towels that you can use after a swim in the lake, the heated pool or the hot tub. The pool and hot tub are steps away from the driveway. In the pool area, you are also welcome to use the covered pavilion and outdoor wood burning fireplace.

Kayaks, a paddle board, sand toys, floats and beach chairs are in the garage for your enjoyment.

Outside, you will enjoy the deck and the patio space. Both of these areas have a table and chairs. There are steps leading directly from the patio to the lake. Sometimes we have a beach, and sometimes we don't! That part is up to Mother Nature!

If you are interested in exploring the area, downtown Port Clinton is just a mile away. The nightlife is plentiful as there are many local places that provide live music inside and outside during the warmer months. Downtown Port Clinton has a huge, designated M.O.R.A (Main Street Outdoor Refreshment Area) where alcoholic beverages may be consumed outdoors in the designated area in specifically marked cups. Memorial Day through Labor Day or Early October, Madison Street downtown is closed off to create a vibrant pedestrian entertainment zone. The District Stage comes alive with live bands on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The Jet Express is also right in the downtown area if you are planning a trip to Put-In-Bay! The Kelley's Island Ferry, located in Marblehead, will take you to Kelley's Island. You can also catch a walk-on head boat downtown and venture out for a spectacular day of fishing. Port Clinton is known as the "Walleye Capital of the World" offering world-class Lake Erie charter fishing. Jet ski rentals are also available at Dock's Beach House in Port Clinton. Cedar Point is approximately 25-30 minutes from the house as well. Other notable attractions include Kalahari Water Park and the African Safari Wildlife Park. Magee Marsh wildlife area is located 17 miles from Port Clinton and offers some of the best bird watching! It is not unusual to see bald eagles right on the beach in front of the house!

In the colder months, Port Clinton is famous for its New Years Eve tradition, where a 20-foot, 600 lb. fiberglass walleye is lowered to ring in the new year! The Burning Snowman Festival is Port Clinton's iconic, adults-only winter event held annually on the beach to ceremonially torch a massive snowman (stuffed with over a hundred dried Christmas trees), bid farewell to winter, and welcome spring. This event takes place on the last Saturday in February. Both of these events have live music and drinks. In addition, Twin Oast Brewing offers heated igloos for up to 8 people and a sledding hill! Gideon Owen Wine Company offers heated, private glass houses during the winter months for cozy, outdoor dining. They also have several outdoor gas fire pits and a huge wood-burning outdoor fireplace roaring to keep you warm. When the lake freezes, Port Clinton becomes a hub for ice fishing. It is highly recommended to use a licensed professional guide for safety. You may also enjoy snow-covered views at the Port Clinton Lighthouse or nearby Catawba Island State Park. Indoor winter attractions include the Liberty Aviation Museum where you can explore historical aircraft, WWII vehicles, and classic cars. You can also grab a meal at the 1950's-themed Tin Goose Diner located on-site. The Erie Social Club offers full-sized indoor Shuffleboard courts, cornhole and table games. The Northern Exposure Candle Co. is a place where you can make your own candles or explore the variety of local shops.
