Hi Amy, thank you for sharing your insightful observations. We are happy to know that you find our home beautiful, that the view is breathtaking, and that the cleanliness meets your expectations. We appreciate your comments about the garage. It would have been nice to be able to pull the car in, and we will take this into consideration as we continue to make improvements to our home. Helen, we are very sorry to hear about your disappointing stay due to the bad smell in the home. We have identified the source of the odor and have resolved the issue. We hope we can have another chance to host you for a much more enjoyable stay. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Robert. We are pleased to hear that you found the property and its location to be very nice and that you appreciated the gorgeous house. However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly the lack of air conditioning, which made your summer stay uncomfortable. We understand how important a comfortable temperature is, especially during warmer months, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We are currently reviewing the possibility of adding air conditioning or providing additional cooling solutions for the bedrooms without ceiling fans. We also apologize for the stained couches and the condition of the fire pit area. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will be addressing these cleanliness and maintenance issues with our local team to ensure they are resolved promptly. We will also update the listing to accurately reflect the current state of the fire pit and ensure that guests are aware of the need for a burn permit and wood supply. Regarding the cell phone service, we understand how frustrating it can be to have unreliable communication. We will look into potential solutions to improve connectivity for our guests. We are sorry to hear about the non-functional telescope and the lack of lighting upon your arrival. We will ensure that the telescope is either repaired or replaced and that adequate lighting is provided for guests arriving at night. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve our services, and we are committed to making the necessary changes to ensure a better experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to make things right and restore your confidence in Vacasa. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Samantha. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location, though we apologize for the issues that prevented you from fully enjoying your stay. Your concerns have been relayed to our local operations manager, and they will make sure that the house receives extra attention between reservations. We value your feedback as a way to make improvements and will be sure to follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience. We hope to have an opportunity to better serve you in the future.
