Perfect for a beach-going couple or solo traveler, this studio includes access to a community outdoor pool to cool you off after a day in the sun. You'll have a convenient kitchenette where you can whip up simple breakfasts, as well as a great location close to ocean beaches and downtown Wells.

This condo is located in the Moody neighborhood of Wells, on the western edge of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. Spend the summer boogie boarding and sunbathing at Moody, Footbridge, and Ogunquit Beaches, all of which are one mile away. You can also take easy coastal drives to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (six miles north) and charming downtown Kennebunkport (10 miles northeast).

We had a good time during our short trip to Maine. The location was great, and the property had everything we needed for our two night stay.I will note that the property is very noisy. Everything, and I mean everything, could be heard through the walls. I even used a sound machine to try to block out some of the noise coming from the neighboring unit, but it was still very noticeable.Communication was also a little tricky. I had a question before check in and reached out through Vrbo as well as the phone number we were instructed to text, but unfortunately never received a response. I also tried reaching out for some clarification about the check out process and again did not receive a response.Overall, it was a fine experience for our stay. I wasn’t expecting a lot since I booked last minute and was traveling with my young daughter, and the property itself worked well for what we needed. The location was definitely a plus.

Great little place!

It was just me and my husband and we stayed there for 1 week. The location is very close to touristy things, antique stores, grocery, etc, however you 100% need a car. There’s a trolly that has a stop about 1/2 mile away to Ogunquit and a few other options for taxis (golf type carts) if needed. The pool area was really nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice, quiet and clean property. Our room was on the smaller side so would be ideal for a couple or small family. The pool was also very nice for the times we weren’t at the beach!

A place to sleep

It was clean, close to the beach and some downtown restaurants/night life. All my partner and i did there was sleep and keep watermelon in the fridge.

Its not well insulated for noise..we hear the shower and TV..etc from the neighbors..and the stove plate is not very hot..it takes a long time to cook a meal...needs a salad bowl...otherwise...perfect for 2 people

Family and wedding

The property was very nice. Clean. My only concern would be that there were very strict rules about the pool use with children which would have been helpful to know beforehand. Our son stayed with our twin grandsons and it was difficult since you can only have one child with an adult at the pool at one time. It virtually made the pool unusable for them.

Uncomfortable sofa bed, ridiculously small fridge, plastic wine glasses, no garbage bags. We had a hard time unlocking the door.

A start-up supply of trash bags should have been stocked to get your visit off to a good start and housekeeping has been informed. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux et l’ emplacement. Très bien équipé. La piscine est un atout. Par contre, les matelas sont usés ils ont besoin d’être changé.

Très bien.

Le condo est bien, comme sur les photos. Il aurait pu être un peu plus propre mais c’était quand même bien en général. La piscine était appréciée après une journée de plage! Juste assez d’équipements culinaires pour se débrouiller en cuisine. À considérer : trop loin de la plage pour y aller à pied, donc prévoir qu’il faut toujours payer du stationnement très cher pour aller à la plage.

Don’t stay here!

Our room was filthy. The bed was uncomfortable. The blinds were broken in the bathroom and we had to put towels up over the window. The tv didn’t work because the Wi-Fi was very poor. We left exhausted because of not sleeping well. I would recommend putting some money back into the property. We will never stay here again!

Good home base

This property was sufficient for us because we mostly just needed a place to sleep. It would be small for anyone who planned on spending a lot of time here, but if you plan on going out a lot, it is a good place to sleep. Plenty of towels and other linens, easy to “check in”.

Nice, but

The cottage was very clean and welcoming. It was a bit cramped though- tough to open the door to leave the cottage and the cooking surface was very small. But the part that leaves a lasting impression, was the noise level of the shower from the room next door. The noise was so loud I was jolted awake thinking that pipes must have burst in the bathroom.

Small condo outside of Ogunquit

Great deal for a last minute trip. Clean property with most of the bare essentials. Easy check in and entry processes. However, room was much smaller than expected and wasn't really within walking distance to much as expected with younger children in tow. Not enough bathroom amenities left on-site (no replacement toilet paper so had to buy extra).

Great location!

Great location if you are looking to venture out and see Wells, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport. Only down fall was the okay cleaning but we went through the place before we settled in.
