This quaint cabin is full of coastal charm and perfect for guests looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy everything Matunuck has to offer. While the space is cozy and compact, it’s thoughtfully designed to make the most of every corner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for families, couples, or small groups.

Step outside and the best of Matunuck is right at your fingertips. Take an easy, flat 10-minute walk to the beach, where you can spend your mornings soaking in the sunrise and your evenings watching the sky glow over the water. After a day at the beach, rinse off the salt and sand in the convenient outdoor shower and settle back into relaxed coastal living. Just across the street is the world-famous Matunuck Oyster Bar, and only a few more steps bring you to Captain Jack’s for an additional option for waterfront dining and drinks.



New waterfront docks and benches within our community make the perfect spot to sit with a coffee, a cocktail, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze while boats drift by and the sun sets over the salt pond.

A cozy seating area just outside the back door

A spacious patio with a picnic table for six and umbrella — perfect for outdoor dinners, morning coffee, or relaxing after a beach day.

One of the best parts of staying here is the welcoming, laid-back coastal community. Village at Potter Pond is known for being friendly and inviting to vacation renters, making it easy to settle in, relax, and feel part of the neighborhood from the moment you arrive.



As part of the authentic Matunuck experience, you may hear the gentle sounds of laughter, conversation, and coastal nightlife drifting from nearby restaurants — a subtle and enjoyable reminder that you’re in one of Rhode Island’s most beloved seaside communities.



For the safety and security of the property, exterior cameras are positioned at key entry points. These include a camera facing the front entrance and driveway, a camera at the back door, and a camera on the side of the house facing the patio. All devices monitor exterior areas only and do not capture any interior living spaces.
