Rental Policies:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Parties, events, smoking, drug use, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. For added security, entrances and parking areas are monitored by video surveillance. A signed Rental Agreement and $300 Security Deposit are required prior to arrival. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM only. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances.
Pet-Friendly Information:
We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval and a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Aggressive breeds are not permitted, and all dogs must be spayed or neutered. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they remain off furniture and bedding. Dogs may not be bathed in condo sinks, tubs, showers, or the hot tub. Pets must be supervised at all times, may never be left unattended in the condo unless crated (crate not provided), and must remain leashed while outdoors. Excessive barking or disturbances are not permitted. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by pets. Unauthorized animals may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Notice:
Hurricane season in Florida runs from June 1 through November 30. Refunds are only issued in the event of mandatory evacuations. Interruptions to power, internet, or other weather-related circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds. Because Florida weather can change quickly, we strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.
