"WOW WOW WOW!!!!🤯 What a beautifully and comfortably decorated and perfectly appointed home!! I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with EVERYTHING about this home! We had just sold our own vacation home in Havasu of 22 years and our grandkids were very sad about it so we decided to treat our family to a trip staying in this incredible Airbnb.. I think they forgot about our old house right away! From the first moment you walk in you are immediately at home! Everything was SO BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE!! Guests can enjoy pool, shuffleboard, foosball, hoop shot basketball, poker nights, and favorite games on the big screen in a space designed entirely around entertainment and connection.

Guest Access:

You have private access to house, backyard and garage along with all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Desert Palm any time with our secure, keyless entry.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.



PARKING

Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 4 cars. Boat parking on street or RV parking side of the home. RV Parking offers full hook ups with a 50 amp plug, water and sewer connection.





SWIMMING POOL

Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. Please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $150 per night. Spa heating is available for $75 per day. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so. Additionally we ask all guests to follow the house rules regarding pool usage including no diving, no glass, and no running.





QUIET HOURS

Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.



SMOKING

To keep Desert Palm fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $1000 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.



EXTERIOR CAMERAS- For your security and ours, the property has 3 outdoor cameras. These are located on the driveway, entry way and west side of the home on the RV parking area.



Absolutely no firearems or weapons allowed inside the property.
