Our fully renovated 8th-floor condo with central AC offers floor-to-ceiling Pacific views, stunning sunsets, seasonal whale watching and breathtaking panoramas of Lānaʻi and Molokaʻi from your living room. The resort features direct beach access, a beachfront pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis, shuffleboard. This is our much loved home, designed so our guests feel relaxed, welcome, and surrounded by the true spirit of aloha.

You’ll be staying right in the heart of West Maui with beach, food, shopping, and island adventures all within easy reach. The condo sits directly on world-famous Kāʻanapali Beach, where golden sand, calm water, and stunning sunsets create the perfect setting for swimming, snorkeling, or long, peaceful beach walks. From the property, you’ll have direct access to the Kāʻanapali Boardwalk, a scenic oceanfront path that connects miles of shoreline—from North Kāʻanapali all the way to Black Rock and Whalers Village. It’s ideal for morning runs, evening strolls, or simply exploring the coastline without ever getting in your car.

Just steps down the boardwalk is Duke’s Beach House, a beloved Maui restaurant known for its oceanfront setting, fresh island cuisine, and live music. At self check-in, you’ll receive the gate code in order to access the boardwalk. Farther along the shoreline you can reach Black Rock Beach, one of the best snorkeling and cliff-jumping spots on the island. If you’d like a quieter day on the water, nearby Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay offer gentle waves and crystal-clear snorkeling in more protected coves, and D.T. Fleming Beach Park provides a beautiful stretch of coastline for surf or sun.

For quick bites and casual island dining, the Honoapiʻilani Food Truck Park is just a short walk. Groceries and everyday essentials are easy as well, with a full-service market right across the street and Safeway just down the road. When you’re ready for shopping, dining, or beachfront cocktails, Whalers Village and Lahaina Cannery Mall are both within a short drive.

West Maui favorites like Monkeypod, Merriman’s, and Mala Ocean Tavern, all known for fresh island ingredients and sunset views. Whether you’re dressing up for a special dinner or grabbing something easy after a beach day, you’ll be close to some of the island’s best dining.

Shopping in West Maui is both convenient and enjoyable. Nearby Whalers Village offers a mix of well-known brands, island boutiques, galleries, and oceanfront dining, making it an easy stop for souvenirs, beachwear, and gifts. As a guest at the Mahana, you’ll have full access to all resort amenities, including the beachfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, tennis court, pickleball court and the direct oceanfront walkway that connects to the Kāʻanapali Boardwalk. You’ll also receive a gate code at self check-in for easy entry to the resort grounds.

Guests have access to the condo, including the private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, beach gear, and all interior spaces. Please note that a few areas in the condo that are our locked storage closets. These are restricted and not available for guest use.

Most guests choose to rent a car at the airport for the easiest way to explore Maui’s beaches, restaurants, and scenic drives. Or, the island also has a selection of vehicles available through the Turo app, which is a convenient alternative to traditional car rentals.
