The perfect Johnson City getaway. Home is very clean, well decorated, comfy couch and beds. Great location right off the 290 Wine Trail. And thank you for the bottle of champagne, not sure how you knew it was one of our favorites! Will stay again next time we are in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to home. It’s very clean and nicely decorated throughout. The bedrooms and beds are comfortable to sleep in. We appreciated the extra throw blankets, too. The bathroom is stocked and ready for your arrival. The living room couch is very comfortable, too! All in all, it’s the perfect getaway for a Hill Country weekend. We’ll be back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tosca’s Cozy Cottage in Johnson City, Texas! The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were amazing, and the attention to detail throughout the property really made us feel right at home. The backyard was especially wonderful, with a beautiful sunset that made for the perfect way to end each evening. Brian, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was every bit as easy, comfortable, and relaxing as it could possibly be. The location was peaceful, yet close to the town centre, and exactly what we were looking for. Five stars all the way—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Tosca’s Cozy Cottage to anyone visiting the Hill Country!

A cozy cottage! It’s supposed to be for 6 people but only two bedrooms and our second kid had to sleep on a sofa. It was clean! Lots of spices, but on esencial to cook is oil salt and pepper that we had to go buy!

We're sorry some of the cooking essentials weren't available during your stay. We appreciate you pointing that out and will review our kitchen supplies to improve the experience for future guest. Regarding sleeping arrangements, our listing specifies that the home sleeps up to 4 adults and two children with two queen beds and the large sofa in the living room. We understand that the sofa may not be as comfortable as a traditional bed for everyone and appreciate your feedback. My stay at Toscas Cottage in Johnson City was one of the best rental experiences I've had. The host really cares about giving guests a great stay and goes the extra mile to make it happen. You can tell he put real thought into updating the home and into the guest experience, and it made the whole stay easier and more enjoyable.The home is clean and updated, with good amenities. Everything I needed was there, and nothing felt worn out or neglected. The bed was comfortable, and the appliances are new, so everything works the way you want it to. There is a good sized fenced in yard, with furniture outside in both the front and back, so you have real places to sit and spend time outdoors. The location is a big plus too. It is a short walk to downtown Johnson City restaurants, wineries, the motorcycle museum, a coffee shop and more, so it is easy to get out and enjoy the area without having to drive. There are more wineries a short drive away too.Plenty of rentals cut corners on updates and upkeep. This one clearly did not, and the host's attention to detail shows throughout the home. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
