As with many cabins in the Smoky Mountains, guests may occasionally notice ladybugs or other seasonal insects during colder months. This is a normal part of the mountain environment and does not indicate cleanliness or pest issues. While the cabin is professionally cleaned and regularly treated, occasional sightings may still occur and do not warrant refunds.

Please also note that resort amenities within Starr Crest Resort, including the seasonal pool or community facilities, are managed by the HOA/resort and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or seasonal operations. Temporary amenity closures are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Queen of Hearts is conveniently located in Starr Crest Resort with easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. A vehicle is recommended to explore the area and enjoy the nearby attractions, restaurants, and scenic mountain drives.

- Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience.

- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.



✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.

For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement.
