The cabin was in a great spot. A little steep drive in and I would recommend being careful in a few spots. The road is only big enough for one vehicle on in a few areas(around a step up hill curve) so be very cautious as there are other cabins further down(light traffic). We did however have issues with the gaming system, we could never get it to cut on even with instructions(something that needs to be repaired I assume, was brought to the hosts attention). The biggest issue we had was the last night of the stay the roof began to leak in the master bedroom. Luckily our items were out of the way and we caught it early. Notified the host and they wanted to get someone out to look at it but it was already late and we had to check out in the am. Overall a nice cabin, had a few inconveniences . Host was responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful modern cabin perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was fully stocked, the games in the shared space were fun to play and the views are relaxing. The host was very responsive to any issues and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend and pet friendly!

Generally satisfied with the cleanliness of the cabin, the view was nice and the fixtures and furnishing were very good, but beyond that it was rather disappointing. When we first checked in after a long drive we discovered a leak in the master bedroom ceiling, we notified property management and they said they'd already been made aware of the leak from their previous check-out and initially asked us to schedule time during or vacation to make the cabin available to their maintenance team, we provided availability for the next day but never heard back from them. Later they reached back out to let us know they had sent the maintenance team in when we weren't there and the leak was determined to be from the recent storm but wasn't necessarily fixed. Then during our stay we discovered lots of little defects and annoying oversights; only two towels for the hot tub, the propane tanks for the grill and fire table were both empty, foosball table was missing parts and handles, board games were missing parts/pieces. Also, the last few roads to the cabin are so narrow and winding it makes coming and going rather difficult for daily family trips to the sites around.

We always encourage our guests to reach out when something comes up so our team has a chance to help. The roads near the cabin can be narrow and winding, which is common in this mountain area. We send driving directions and road information in our welcome email to help guests prepare before arrival. Keeping the cabin clean, comfortable and well maintained is very important to us.
