The Space:

Welcome to Canoa Ranch Retreat — a thoughtfully designed desert escape made for relaxing stays, remote work, and gathering with friends and family. This spacious 2 bed, 2 bath home features a comfortable king suite and a cozy queen bedroom complete with a dedicated desk space perfect for remote work or quiet mornings catching up online.



The open living room offers plenty of space to unwind together, while the private front patio and fully fenced backyard patio create peaceful outdoor areas to enjoy Arizona’s beautiful sunshine and quiet desert evenings.



The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essential cookware and tools needed for easy meals at home, along with updated appliances and a separate washer and dryer to make longer stays comfortable and convenient.



MUST BE 55+ DUE TO COMMUNITY AGE RESTRICTION

The primary renter must meet the community's 55+ age requirement.

Please confirm that you meet this requirement before making a reservation. Guests who do not meet the community's age requirements may not be permitted to stay.

Reservations made by guests who do not meet this requirement, or who overlook this requirement before booking, will not be eligible for a refund due to cancellation or denial of access.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the driveway, front patio, and fully fenced backyard patio. The home is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Please note that one hallway closet is locked and reserved for owner/storage use. Inside the garage is off limits at this time. Guests can enjoy the peaceful neighborhood setting and, depending on eligibility and availability, community amenities.

Guests love the calm atmosphere while still being conveniently close to golf, hiking, local restaurants, and everyday essentials. We recommend having a car during your stay to fully enjoy everything the area has to offer. Canoa Ranch Retreat is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Tubac, 20 minutes from Tucson, and approximately 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport. While the gated neighborhood is peaceful and great for walking, a vehicle is needed for accessing shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf, and nearby attractions.
