• Bedroom 2 : Queen size bed
Additional sleeping on futon in family room and futon in sunroom.

Amenities Include:
Washer/Dryer, Charcoal Grill, Dock with Year-Round Water and two boat slips available for guest's use, Swim Pier.

Please note: No Wifi and No dishwasher at this property.

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

House sleeps 4 in beds. 8 maximum occupancy.
