Together, the two villas comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Each villa features two well-appointed bedrooms, along with a sofa bed or Murphy bed to provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families or multi-couple stays. Both villas are designed with generous open layouts, offering full kitchens equipped with quality appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to cook, gather, and feel at home. Air conditioning runs throughout both villas, ensuring every bedroom and living space stays cool and comfortable.

Outdoor living is a highlight of Building 1. The ground-floor villa opens onto a sea-view veranda with a mix of shaded seating and sunny lounging areas, perfect for relaxing just steps from the pool and beach. Upstairs, the second-floor villa features a large private balcony overlooking the infinity pool, sandy shoreline, and turquoise waters beyond—an ideal setting for morning coffee at sunrise or unwinding with the evening breeze.

Set within lush, tropical grounds, Los Porticos Villas offers a peaceful, boutique beachfront experience with approximately 300 feet of sandy beach. Guests have access to a stunning seafront infinity pool as well as a larger resort-style pool, both surrounded by loungers and shaded seating areas. The on-site restaurant, La Dolce Vita, provides convenient beachfront dining just moments from your villa.

Step directly from the property onto the beach, where a small coral reef just offshore offers excellent snorkeling opportunities. The grounds are alive with tropical plants, birds, butterflies, and local wildlife, creating a tranquil and immersive island atmosphere.

Despite its serene setting, the property is ideally located just one mile from Placencia Village and only a two-minute taxi ride from Placencia Airport. Placencia is known for its laid-back charm, with open-air dining, fresh seafood, and easy access to activities such as snorkeling, diving, fishing, and exploring nearby Mayan archaeological sites.

This is a self-catering property and requires a separate rental agreement with house rules. The pool may be serviced without notice during your stay. Basic amenities are provided upon arrival, with additional supplies available for purchase locally if needed.
