Bungalow spacieux, lumineux et aéré en bord de mer de 4 chambres avec la mer des Caraïbes à quelques pas!

Toutes les commodités et le confort que vous attendez dans une maison de vacances unique avec des meubles et des boiseries modernes en bois dur fabriqués à la main.
La généreuse terrasse en bord de mer avec une grande piscine offre un choix difficile entre se détendre avec de belles vues sur la mer ou une baignade rafraîchissante dans la piscine d'eau salée.

Gorgeous relaxing stay in Belize

We had such a great time at this rental. 8 people with 4 children and everyone had plenty of space. House had everything we needed and Ruben was always available to give recommendations and help us make reservations. Food in the area was great, plenty of things to do, but truthfully lounging around the pool was the best part.

Fantastic house

My friends and I loved staying in this house. It's cared for very well. Makes for a very relaxing stay. Ruben, the caretaker is fantastic. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Best in show!

Rueben and Mariza are amazing. We had transportation issues from the beginning and they made sure to keep in contact with us the entire time and even got us pizza so we'd have something to eat due to our late arrival. They were always available when needed and so friendly and helpful. By far the best property hosts I've ever had. They really are a treasure. And the reviews about the chocolate cake are 100% legit...the best chocolate cake I've ever had.

Family Vacation

The home was beautiful and was perfect for our family. You truly don't need to leave the house. The view was amazing! We had 6 adults, a toddler and an infant. Ruben and Mariza live on the property but you never know they are there, they are there to help whenever needed but respect your privacy. Ruben cleaned up the back, pool and deck every morning and Mariza cleaned the house. They are so friendly and helpful. Ruben will take care of anything you need, excursions, airport transfers etc. Speaking of the airport, it is 5 minutes from the house. It was so nice to arrive and not have a far drive. Ruben had our golf cart ready for us at the airport and he took all of our luggage to the house. The house is a great location and easy access to town with all of the restaurants, shops etc. We took the excursion to Monkey River and really enjoyed it. Alex was our guide and he did a great job pointing out all of the wildlife. Our favorite restaurants were Rumfish, Big Becks, Bohemian and Cozy Corner for breakfast. We also loved the Turtle Inn (pretty and very relaxing) and the Breezeway Restaurant. This is a great house! The owner is also very responsive! 10 out of 10!

Blissful Belize

My husband and I plus various family members spent five weeks at this wonderful property. The house and grounds are well-represented by the online photos. We particularly loved the patio and pool with the beach and ocean just beyond. The location, just outside Placencia but not in the village itself, was also to our liking. The house owner reached out to us before our stay and gave us a lot of useful info. Upon arrival, the caretakers, Ruben and Mariza, were so helpful. They cooked us dinner a couple of times -- spectacular! And provided a lot of information about the area, and helped recommend excursions and dining options. The house is well-equipped for cooking on your own, but near to many of the area's great restaurants. We highly recommend La Rotonda if you're looking for a peaceful stay on the beach in beautiful, laid-back Placencia!!!

Beautiful Home Amazing Managers

Absolutely beautiful home and great location! Absolutely amazing property managers and very kind family. Loved the dogs. Very helpful and Reuben's cooking was delicious ! Some of the best food we had while in Belize!

Absolutely Incredible!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. So comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool and beach are stunning. Great location. The best part is Ruben and Mariza's incredible care taking. They help with whatever you need and keep the house tidy. The cooked for us three times and it was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of five and our au pair. Enjoyed the property which was even better than pictured. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and gracious and highly recommend arranging an evening or two for them to cook for you! The location was wonderful in that it was close and accessible to the main town but we appreciated being away from the business and the noise. This property was the highlight of our stay in Placencia.

Amazing House in Perfect Location

We just spent Thanksgiving week at this amazing house and it did not disappoint. House was simply phenomenal. 4 large bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms, a great sunroom, and literally a large sanded backyard. Pool was big, kayaks and SUP right there, and there is a private beach. The property caretakers were the best. Every morning the beach was raked and we came home to a spotless house every night after activities. Ruben’s key lime pie was the best thing I’ve ever had - highly recommend eating in at least a bit because his food was our favorite. You’re just outside the village so we did take our golf cart into town to eat and explore. We hope to come back - don’t hesitate to book asap. It is pretty special.

Private and Beautiful!

We could not have asked for a better home to enjoy our Placencia vacation. We have previously stayed in the Maya Beach area and preferred this location as it was closer to the airport and the village. Ruben and Mariza are so sweet and helpful, and we fell in love with Rex (the house dog). We will definitely considering staying again when we return to beautiful Placencia!

Beautiful oceanfront property

Incredible property. Patio and pool are stunning. Bedrooms/bathrooms excellent. Just a short ride to the village for shops, supermarket, and restaurants. Property managers cooked dinner for us 4 nights and each meal was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Fantastic

Everything was phenomenal. The location, pool and the uniqueness of the home were great. The staff was the best part. They are the best we’ve had. Staff was extremely pleasant. Made sure we got to taste Belize. We above and beyond for my kids and I. Can’t wait to come back.

Placencia with 4 couples

The house is stunning and sparkling clean. Air conditioning works well and beds are super comfortable. On site property managers took such good care of us - booking massages, making delicious dinner and cake, raking the sand daily, bringing fresh towels, getting us bicycles...WOW! We had 4 couples here and had our meals in the screened in patio and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property. As a tip to future travelers - we were glad we had a rental car to get around.

Wonderful Family Stay at La Rotonda

We had an amazing experience at La Rotonda with a family group of three adults and four young adults aged 19-25. The property is gorgeous and perfectly suited for a large group. There was a nice mix of private and public spaces. The pool was wonderful and there was nice swimming off the beach. Ruben and Mariza, the caretakers , we’re wonderful and excellent cooks. The meals we had at the house were our favorites in Placencia. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we made lots of memories.

An unforgettable time

A well tended and cared for home and property. The perfect setting for a tranquil vacation with friends. Our time was made even more special due to the professionalism, care and attention by Ruben and Mariza. They are five-star caretakers with five-star talents in the kitchen!! A slice of heaven!

This house was a perfect retreat for our family vacation. The large beach front property is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time. Ample outdoor seating and pool floaties are available to enjoy the cool, saltwater pool. The view to the beach and ocean is unobstructed and beautiful. Inside, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels for the pool and beach. Air conditioning. Grill. Washer/dryer. The house managers live on site and are kind, attentive and helpful. We definitely hope to return to this property.

Amazing, Personal Resort

We have stayed at quite a few different VRBO's in many locations across the US and the Caribbean and this was, by far, our favorite place we've ever stayed. The pool was the perfect size for everyone to enjoy and there is a great sand area plus your own beach. It really feels like your own private resort. The snorkeling was great (stingrays, jellyfish, starfish, barracuda, and even a manatee) and the use of kayaks and paddleboards was an added bonus. The caretakers, Ruben and Mariza were so gracious, friendly, and helpful. The meals Ruben prepared were amazing. Make sure you get the chocolate cake!! The proximity to the village and shopping makes this a fantastic location as well. We can't recommend this highly enough.

Wonderful vacation home!

"We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house in Belize! The location was perfect - right on the the beach and a quick drive to Placencia Village. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved spending time on the large, private deck, taking in the stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing oasis on hot afternoons. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation in Belize!"

Chasing Tails (Permit) in Paradise

My dad, three brothers and I had an amazing stay at La Rotunda. Ruben, the property manager, and Maritza, his beautiful wife, were fantastic, from start to finish. I had read reviews that said Ruben was a gourmet chef, but didn’t realize that HE REALLY IS a phenomenal cook. We had delicious dinners and a couple of great breakfasts prior to going to the marina everyday to fish for permit. The property is as pictured- truly wonderful. We made some wonderful memories at La Rotunda.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at La Rotonda. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 8. The house, pool, beach and location were beautiful. The area was quiet, but a quick ride into the village. Ruben and Mariza went above and beyond. They were kind, accommodating, so helpful, and the food they prepared for us was some of the best we had on our trip. We can’t thank them enough. Everything was clean and well cared for. This was a magical place, and we would love to return.

Beautiful Property, Excellent Service

Ruben and Marissa are wonderful. They made us excellent dinners, cleaned our rooms and provided fresh towels on a regular basis and answered all of our questions! The home is well laid out for four couples with plenty of room to gather and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool area. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a little trouble reaching them when we are on our way from the airport due to bad cell reception. I don't know if it would help to know the mile marker ahead of time so that you could be on the lookout for the property. We highly recommend The Rotonda if you are planning a trip to Placencia.
