Stay was Amazing! Booking was seamless. With all the excellent amenities, it was everything we could ask for in a vacation villa. We especially enjoyed the swim up bar and private dock with covered lounge area. The Villa was beautiful, clean and designed with family in mind. Definitely recommend.

We had the best experience while celebrating our 40th anniversary. The views were spectacular and the photos posted are exactly as it appears. Every thing was new and spotless. We especially enjoyed our comfy bed, views, pool, sitting on the dock and tooling around in the golf cart. Restaurants close by was a bonus. We will definitely return to this gem.

This Villa has everything, starting with accommodations for 10, a large living area inside and outside, a pool and cabana, beachfront, beach volleyball court, a dock, and daily maid service. We enjoyed using the golf cart for excursions into to Placencia. The house is a beautiful example of luxury living in Belize. We were all very comfortable.Our only disappointment was not being allowed to check out a couple hours later than required. Some of our family members were ill and could have used the extra time to gather themselves.
The yard maintenance man helped harvest coconuts on the property,
We drove to Xunantunich and climbed Mayan Ruins.
We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. We also rented a Lift e foil from a nearby resident.

Regarding the late checkout, we do our best to accommodate requests when possible and we let you stay way past check-out time; however, an extension into the afternoon was unfortunately not feasible as we needed adequate time to prepare the house for incoming guests. We thought we had your understanding, especially as we did not charge for an item that was mistakenly packed from the home. We truly value your feedback and wish you and your family all the best.

We had an amazing stay, this property is beyond what is seen in the photos! Everything is meticulous, inside and out. The house is very clean, brand new and full of amenities. Amazing views, swim up bar, a fun drink machine, outdoor kitchen and gorgeous pool that lights up purple at night for great ambiance! Kayaks, paddle board, private dock with hammocks and loungers etc. I could go on, this property will not disappoint, you will not need to leave the house! Herbert was wonderful, promptly returning answers to questions and sending important information about travel forms etc. He also arranged complementary transportation to and from the airport both ways. The use of the golf cart was another great amenity as there were many restaurants close by. Alia came each day to check in and tidy up the house. Alex is meticulous about keeping the grounds looking like a 5 star resort, absolutely gorgeous! He even rakes the entire property daily to remove sea grass that washes up. THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST VRBO we have ever booked. Thank you to the entire team of SeaNa Beach, we loved our stay and will be back!

Our Family’s Dream Vacation!!!We just wrapped up the most amazing family trip at “SEANA BEACH,” and it was pure magic. The villa truly felt like a statement of luxury and comfort, providing the perfect backdrop for making memories. The kids were obsessed with the outdoor space!! They spent hours in the infinity pool with the swim-up bar, and we loved watching them kayak and paddleboard right off the private pier. The open-concept design meant we were never separated, whether we were cooking in the stunning kitchen or relaxing together in the living room. With five king bedrooms and ensuites, everyone – including the grandparents – had a perfect private retreat. The little touches made all the difference: the complimentary golf cart for quick trips to town, the provided high-chair and stroller, as well as the sea life we could see from the private pier such as star fish, dolphins, eagle rays, etc. If you are looking for the ultimate luxury destination for your family, this is it. SEANA BEACH is where we’ll be making our Belize memories again!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The hosts were responsive and very helpful with coordinating the free airport shuttles. They also assisted with our planning of excursions by sending links and recommendations. We took a taxi to and from the nearby waterfall where we spent the afternoon swimming - This was an awesome experience for everybody in our party! We also enjoyed the convenience of being picked up and dropped off by boat right on the private dock for our snorkeling excursion! The location is a short golf cart ride to grocery stores, shopping and bars/restaurants. We picked up groceries and snacks, but also opted to have a chef and bartender one day for cocktails and a bbq lunch by the pool. The drinks and meal were delicious and well worth the add on! The home is very clean and well kept. Shout out to the housekeeper, Alia, who did an awesome job during our stay! The grounds and beach are also well maintained. Another huge bonus was access to a washer and dryer! We were sure to take advantage of that feature. You can tell the host and team put a lot of thought and care into their guests experience. 10/10 would recommend to anybody!

Absolutely amazing stay! The property was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing — even better than expected. Everything was beautifully maintained and made us feel completely at home. The beds were perfect and beyond comfortable.We had Johnny, one of the private chefs, come cook for us one night. It was one of the best meals we had during our stay. We even saw dolphins porpoising right from the dock while having coffee in the morning. The staff, especially, Alia, was outstanding: so friendly, accommodating, and quick to answer all of our questions. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely book again!
