Cozy 2-bedroom house in Park Hills

This 2-bedroom house is perfect for a visit to thr Park Hills area.
With central AC and heat, you can beat whatever weather Missouri has that day!
Local parks, wineries, raceway, festivals, and so much more in the area.

Things to know before booking:
-There are some steps in and out of the home.
-There is parking out front and a gravel area in the back yard. Parking alongside the house in the alley isn't permitted.
-No Pets. With the house being newly renovated with brand new carpets, we want to keep that super clean feeling!
-Gas stove, please let us know if you are unfamiliar and we can be sure you are safe.
-Keyless entry, code will be given.
- There is a built-in bar to eat at in the kitchen, but no "kitchen table."
-All TVs are smart tvs.
-No dishwasher, we do request our guests wash their dishes.
-Smoking is allowed outside only.
-A blow up mattress is also at the house.
-A starter amount of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap) will be provided.
-No parties or events.
