The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. A twin air mattress and pack-and-play are available upon request, along with baby-friendly items at no extra charge—making this an ideal family-friendly beach rental.



Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plus in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. After a day at the beach, unwind on the covered deck perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and the private covered deck. The unit is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), so guests should be comfortable using stairs.



There are three other condos in the building, but there are no shared indoor spaces. The only common area is the driveway/parking area. Parking is available on-site.



Guests can easily walk to Willoughby Beach (just 1/2 block away), as well as nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and local attractions.



Please note this is a quiet residential building, so access is intended for registered guests only—no parties or large gatherings.



The Neighborhood:

Willoughby is a small neighborhood beach town. We love our neighbors and pride ourselves on our clean, relatively empty beaches!



Getting Around:

Bike lanes on Ocean View Ave. Bus stops near the house if needed. Close driving distance to grocery and drug stores. 7-11 across the street.

- Dogs only (Maximum of 2 dogs per stay)

- $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet

- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated

- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

- Please clean up after your pet in the yard

- No noise complaints from neighbors due to pets

- Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture

- No cats allowed (Please ask before bringing any other animals)



🎉 Gatherings & Parties

- Large gatherings, parties, or events are NOT allowed

- Quiet hours must be respected (10 PM - 8 AM)

- Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused



🚽 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



📦 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipping)



👥 Guest Policy

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests = immediate cancellation without refund + removal from the property

- Unapproved additional guests: $75 per person

- The main guest is responsible for all damages caused by their party



⏰ Late Checkout

- Must be requested and approved in advance

- Up to 2 extra hours for $50 (if available)

- Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour

- Smoking indoors: $250

(Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.)

- Unauthorized parties/large gatherings - $250

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel

- Use of charcoal in propane grill - $250
