The home has been fully renovated and feels both current and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The layout is defined by two completely separate living areas on the main floor, each anchored by its own fireplace. One is wood-burning; the other gas. This gives guests genuine flexibility: a dedicated space for working, hosting family, or simply having room to spread out without being on top of each other. Both areas connect naturally to the kitchen and dining zone, which is well-equipped with high-end appliances and a layout that makes daily cooking easy.
The bathrooms have been remodeled throughout, with floating vanities and clean, modern finishes that feel considered rather than generic.
Outside, the backyard is built around a private pool with a generous patio and two additional outdoor fireplaces, making the space usable across seasons. The valley views open up from the backyard and carry across the ridge in a way that provides a real sense of privacy and elevation. Daily conveniences including groceries, coffee, and dining are within a short drive along Ventura Boulevard. Warner Center is nearby for larger retail and services. Topanga State Park and the canyon are a short drive for those who want access to hiking and open space. The area attracts families and professionals looking for the scale and calm of the west Valley without sacrificing access to the rest of Los Angeles.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
West Hills connects easily to the 101 freeway, placing you within 30 to 45 minutes of the Westside, Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party
