Self check-in via smart lock — detailed access instructions will be sent before your 4:00 PM check-in.

- Exterior security cameras are located on the property for the safety and security of all guests.
- The home uses a noise decibel monitor to ensure a peaceful environment for the neighborhood. This device only measures sound levels and does not record any conversations or private audio.
- To respect the privacy of all guests, please be mindful that this is a quiet residential neighborhood.

GENERAL
- Maximum occupancy: 11 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property — see Smoking Policy below
- No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count
- If the noise issue persists after notifications, guests are subject to a $200 fine with each subsequent notification.

PARKING
- 2 vehicles permitted in the driveway
- Free street parking is available nearby
- DO NOT block the driveway or neighboring properties

HOT TUB RULES
- For registered guests only — NO outside visitors in the hot tub
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No glass containers in or around the hot tub
- Please shower before entering
- DO NOT adjust hot tub settings, jets, or chemicals

GAME ROOM
- Pool table, foosball, gaming console, and board games provided for guest use
- Please treat all equipment with care
- Return items to their original location before checkout

SMOKING POLICY
- NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR USE OF TOBACCO OR MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fine.
- Cigarette butts, ash, packaging, or any other smoking-related litter found anywhere on the property counts as evidence of a violation and will result in the same fine.

TRASH & RECYCLING
- Please place trash, recycling, and compost in their designated bins. A $50 fee will be charged for incorrectly sorted items.

PET POLICY
- Pets welcome — up to 2 pets per stay, and every pet must be registered in your reservation before arrival
- Pets must be kept off all furniture and out of bedrooms
- Please clean up after pets in the yard and dispose of waste properly
- Pets must not be left unattended inside the home for extended periods
- A $250 pet damage fee will be charged for any pet damage, or for pet waste left inside the home or anywhere on the property

NOISE & NEIGHBORS
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please be respectful at all times
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- All outdoor activity (hot tub, patio, backyard) must comply with quiet hours
- Noise monitors are active on the property and will alert management to excessive sound levels

DAMAGE POLICY
- Please report any damage or accidents to your host immediately
- Unreported damage will be paid at the guest`s expense.
