Less than a mile from the beach, this gorgeous two-bedroom condo is perfectly located to provide your group with the vacation memories you deserve. Guests enjoy quick access to a half-mile of private guarded beach, indoor/outdoor pools, and championship tennis and pickleball courts. A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities, and it’s a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis and pickleball, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. After an afternoon of building sandcastles or taking those long, romantic walks along the shoreline, kick your sandals off and spread out in this bright and welcoming living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture and attractive decor. The large flatscreen TV will make for fun movie nights with friends, and you can provide some terrific snacks in the full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and counter space you'll need. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee maker, Keurig, and Nespresso in the home! Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for four, or head outside to the furnished patio to enjoy an alfresco meal on the table/chair set. You can use the high-speed WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness center. This house was lovely! My group enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed to start our trip - we only had to bring some extra toilet paper and some beach towels, which was what we expected. The private Sea Colony beach gave us plenty of room to set up our chairs and towels, and to swim in the ocean. The host was responsive to my questions ahead of the trip. Overall, a great experience!

This vacation spot has it all! It is very clean, well stocked with coffee, tea, books and puzzles. Very close to the tennis courts and shuffle board. Walkable to the beach. A great location!

Great stay in Sea Colony

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in this unit in Sea Colony. It was really well stocked with extras — the owner thought of everything you might need. The place was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. It was close enough to walk to the beach(about 10-15 minutes) but it was also close to several tram stops. We enjoyed sitting out on the shaded porch at all times of the day. We would stay here again.

Short walking distance to the tram stop. Parking was close and always available. The showers had good water pressure. The fridge kept things very cold. Nice open layout and a good home if you plan on going out more than staying in.

A well-equipped and relaxing place!

What a lovely condo. Hard to say anything negative… but a suggestion… being a very private person, I felt some kind of curtain on the windows leading to the porch, would give privacy. The Pickle Ball courts are right across from the living room, even dog walkers can look right in….just a thpught.

The owner goes above and beyond

The owner keeps the house in very good conditions, with very well cared decoration. Everything works perfectly. Besides that, she is generous; plenty of coffee pods in different kinds, tees and infusions, towels everywhere in mint conditions, sheets and pillows the same....even water bottles (not the usual 2 or 3, but many).... The house is located very close to many amenities, and only 5 minutes driving from the beach (10-15 walking). At night you don't have noice, is very peaceful.
