The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this third floor 2-bedroom (and den), 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi. This Sea Colony rental homes has no tub and features shower stalls only.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Great Location Location Location and Super View. This is a very nice unit as described - can't beat the super convenient location. And the check in process was easy - and the management company keeps you well-informed.

Amazing home. Perfect location

Although had a couple cleanliness issues upon arrival, beautiful stay. Location is amazing. Beach is clean. Walking distance to town. Highly recommend.

Great location — Beautiful View!

We’ve rented many oceanfront condos and this one rates as one of the best! The location is fabulous and the ocean view beautiful from the 3rd floor level. The owners clearly took their renter’s needs into consideration when renovating as the kitchen and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice Family Vacation

We stayed at this condo on our family vacation to Bethany Beach; we also rented another condo in the same building. We liked the fact that this condo was ocean front and we could walk out on the balcony and see the sun rise every morning. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. There is much to do at Sea Colony. We enjoyed going to the beach, numerous pools, and utilizing the pickle ball courts. We will definitely return in the future.

Cozy, clean, neat, beds comfortable, quiet this time of year, beautiful ocean view from porch, living room and primary bedroom. Kitchen updated and all stainless steel appliances. Very nice. Capet needs refreshed in primary bedroom.

Great place, but pool was closed.

We loved our condo, however the pool in front our building was closed which was a bit of a pain, there was another pool we could walk to, but not as nice and being able to stay in front of our building. The condo was well cared for with every available upgrade. The owner even left keurig pods in the cabinent and salt/pepper, sugar and spices which was very nice of them. Would definitely stay there again.
