Nice place, well decorated and nice furniture! The bed in the master bedroom and the pull-out bed in the extra room are full size mattresses though (my wife and I found the master bed to be a bit snug for two people). It's just something to keep in mind. We appreciate it the courtesy cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper. They were also a few pots and pans that other people had left which was nice for cooking! The washer and dryer though pretty small we're very nice quality units and we were very glad to have them. Overall this was a very nice condo and we had a nice trip.

Great weather July 2018

The place was clean and was comfortable with typical beach style interior. I thought the location provided a nice view of the pool, beach, sunrise and sunset.

Well at Sea Colony

The week at Sea Colony was excellent. This is our 4th year staying at various locations. This one was excellent. Beautiful condo, great exposure to the beach and pools. We all loved the amenities

Very nice condo

Overall, it was a great place to spend the week. The place was very clean and was nicely equipped. We also appreciated the fruit and coffee provided by the host. The Internet had a few issues and one of the TVs didn't work.

Nice condo

The location and views are excellent and there is plenty of room. The fruit basket was appreciated as was the coffee. A few things that could have been better - there wasn’t any tissue and the microwave was malfunctioning, but still a comfortable accommodation.

Great sea colony unit

We’ve stayed in several sea colony units, but this one was the best! Fruit basket was nice but we left the pineapple! I like that the surfaces were clean and not covered with junk/useless knickknacks!

Great Condo!

This is a wonderful condo unit. The place was clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony was fantastic. While I only utilized the main bedroom, there was a lot of good space. There was a separate TV/sitting room apart from the main kitchen area/living room. It really was a very nice space.

Perfect Sea Colony Condo

This property was perfect! Easy access to our car/pool/beach/bathrooms. Gorgeous view of the pool and beach! Bedroom setup was great for our family with four girls and we loved the addition of a few games in the tv hutch! Great for a rainy day. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with essentials! We will be back!

The condo with ALL the amenities !!!

This condo was more than we could have asked for !! There wasn't anything we needed or wanted that wasn't there already. It was exactly as pictured, nice and roomy, and cleaner than most we have stayed. We were even welcomed with a nice hospitality gift from the owners. What a unique surprise !! Completely enjoyed everything about this condo !!

Nice Condo

The location and views are excellent and the condo has plenty of room. A few things that could have been better - there were no tissues, a very small shampoo and small lotion so bring your own, and the microwave was malfunctioning. Other supplies were plentiful. Bring your own beach towels but you can rent chairs and umbrellas if needed.

Vacuum cleaner

My family and I loved are experience with 412 georgetown. The place was well put together and kept up very nice. Only complaint was that the vacuum cleaner worked but had a broken handle which prevented us from using it so we had to use a broom and dust pan to clean up.

Visit at Sea a colony

The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be slept on at all.
