Nice getaway location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. So close to both the beach and shopping outlets as well as grocery stores. Really enjoyed using the hot tub as well.

Love this place

I stayed at the tides last year in a different unit. Both were as expected, very quiet facility and conveniently located for me yo visit friends in Bethany, walking the trails, or into town.

Stayed for a week in July

The condo was very clean and spacious. People were friendly and pool and hot tub refreshing. WiFi and password are reversed on the email. Drive to the beach was not bad. Unlike a lot of other beach areas, the restaurants had no wait time which was great. And plenty close to choose from plus the outlet malls are a plus for tax-free shopping.

Nice place. Close to Outlets.

Overall a clean and nice place that is close to outlets and close enough to the beaches. Pool Is small but decent. Unfortunately the hot tub is broken. Quiet location once you get away from the street side of the complex. Screened in porch is lovely.

Nice condo great location

About a 5 min bike ride to the beach and nice trail that leads you there! The condo is right across the street from a bunch of retail shops and right behind the condo is scenic wooded trail. Very unique. Also the condo is gated and seemed very safe. Overall unit was freshly renovated and super clean.

Nice place to stay. Love the keyless entry. Very convenient location and quiet where the condos are. However someone dropped the ball regarding cleaning before our arrival. Dirty sinks, trash cans full, coffee on counter. Not as clean as we would like.

Great condo!

Great condo. True to the pictures, very comfy and lots of storage to organize things. Clean when we arrived and it was nice to have all of the linens provided. Make sure you bring what you might need for the kitchen as that was only somewhat stocked (no colander, no can opener, etc). The 5 minute drive to the beach felt perfectly doable. The pool was lovely and never crowded when we were there. It was so nice to have our dogs with us! Would stay there again!

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed here with our two young sons & dog. Very spacious & clean. Kids liked the pool. Screened in porch was terrific. Conveniently located. Would have been great to have a hose to wash off feet from the beach. Property company was kind enough to make our beds. They did forget to provide blankets so we called and got them the following afternoon.

Wonderful Stay

A five minute drive to the beach, this quiet condo was sparkling clean with plenty of crisp white linens. We heard no neighbors and the pond fountain provided nice white noise for the master bedroom. Kitchen supplies are basic but nice. Bring all consumables: salt and pepper, keurig pods, sweetener, etc. Bring hangers for the second bedroom's large closet (master BR has no closet, but several drawers), and BYO hair dryer. Feels bigger than the 1,100 square feet because of taller ceilings, light decor. The pool was lovely and hot tub HOT. Will definitely return!

Nice, but missing some things

Good location with restaurants right across the street. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was not well stocked for cooking and there were no wine glasses. The listed WIFI ID and password were backwards which caused frustration. Would have been nice to have some menus or suggestions for things to do in the area. There were no beach towels, hair dryer, or blankets and no instructions for what to do at the end of our stay.

Loved it!

The place is very comfortable, was very clean, ready for our arrival. My only "complaints" are: no coffee maker, but there is a Keurig, which worked perfectly fine. Also, no ironing board/iron. Plenty of cable TV, very comfortable living area. Excellent wifi - however, the network name and password provided are reversed. Took a minute to correct this. The linen service is spectacular!!! Immaculately clean, professional service. Overall, I have no complaints!!!!

1 day into stay the hot water burnt up..moved to another location on Thanksgiving day, place was nice but refrigerator stopped working. Had to use ice and chest until we left on Tuesday . Was advised we would be compensated somehow for the listed issues and moving on holiday..have not heard back.

Nice but..

The property was very nice but it was too from the beach and entertainment. The parking is the worst part. We had to pay to park to go to the beach and Rehobeth beach and boardwalk was not pleasant, very crowded. I felt like the minority and unsafe. Never again. Dewey beach was much better but I’ll stick with Jersey from now on. The VRBO APP IS HORRIBLE. Terrible communication. They told me the hot tub was broken at the facility for a week and it wasn’t true. Totally incompetent.
