The Space:

The entire unit was completely renovated in the winter of 2024- EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW. This unit offers five bedrooms, three full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a ton of interior and exterior living space.



The living area features a spacious living room with sleep-sofas, a dining area, a wet bar, and a fully-equipped kitchen with luxury appliances. The condo’s end-unit location maximizes the views throughout the condo and lets in tons of natural light for an open feel, not to mention north and south 180- degree beach and bay views that go on forever. There are also two large private balconies off of the living area and primary bedroom that are great places to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.



Building amenities include direct beach access, a large enclosed pool, fitness center, tennis courts, game room, outside shower, onsite parking, multiple elevators and security. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Restaurants, shopping and more are all within walking distance. This is luxury oceanfront vacationing at its absolute best!

Things to Know

• PARKING: TWO parking spaces available. (Space 74 & 73). There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is separate from your reservation and will due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 Per day or $55 per week for each space. Parking permits must be displayed at all times.
• Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
