The Space:

Take in the view from this fifth-floor, oceanfront condo! The updated interior is tastefully decorated and offers numerous comforts including smart TVs for streaming your favorite channels, central air-conditioning, a well-equipped, full kitchen, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep that laundry under control during your visit. Sit out on your covered balcony and enjoy the salty air and the panoramic vista. The soft sands below invite you to spend your days at the beach. Ocean City's top attractions are within a short driving distance, but recreation opportunities are also abundant right on the property. Get in your daily exercise with some vitamin 'sea' - the fitness center's treadmills face the water, and the tennis court and outdoor pool are beachside. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
