The location was perfect, with a great view from the balcony. Although a little worn and dated, the place was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again on a future trip.

Great place to stay! Clean rooms, friendly people, and a nice pool. Everything was comfortable, and I would recommend it to other travelers.

Overall very clean and nicely decorated. Had just about anything we needed. Great view of the bay and ocean from the balcony.

The property was okay overall, but the biggest issue for us was that it felt quite outdated, and there were several aspects of the stay that did not meet our expectations. Communication was responsive and kind.The check-in process was particularly frustrating for our family. We were traveling with a newborn and a 3-year-old, and were required to drive about 20 minutes away to pick up a piece of paper with the entry code, even though the same code had already been provided by email. We were told the pickup was mandatory when asked. This was especially difficult because we were already in the building, two doors down, spending time with another family before check-in, and they had simply been given their code directly.Overall, based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

The check in process was unnecessary. We had to drive to the office’s location to pick up a packet that had a parking pass and a map of the parking spaces. The parking pass could have just been left in the unit, a copy of the map uploaded to the email instructions that was sent out with the door code. We also had to drive back to drop it off. The parking map was somewhat helpful, but it was still very hard to find our spot in the dark because the parking spaces are numbered in no order whatsoever. The location of the unit itself was perfect for what we needed. It was very close to the boardwalk. The unit was clean for the most part but it could be better. The downsides: the photos on VRBO were definitely photoshopped to make the unit appear brighter/less dingy. Everything in the unit is very dated. The bedding on one of the beds was very worn, the bedding on another bed was basically just a throw blanket, there were no extra blankets, pillows are VERY thin, the twin beds are bolted onto 2x4 planks, and the bed that is away from the wall was pretty unsteady. As it felt like it was easy to tip over. I was unable to even connect onto the WiFi, and one of our people needed to work from the unit one day and also was unable to use the WiFi. The box for that definitely needs to be updated.
