The Space:

Imagine waking up to the rising sun sparkling on the water and the sound of seagulls calling in the distance–yes, you're on vacation! Belmont Towers 608 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that's anything but ordinary. Located on the Southside and overlooking the pool, the scene is remarkable! The balcony allows views that stretch all the way from the beach to the Bay and nearby Assateague Island. You'll find many high-end finishes throughout, including three TVs, two DVDs, a gas fireplace, plush furnishings, and a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops. What's nearby: Take the elevator downstairs and you're just steps from the water's edge and hundreds of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of looking and paying for a parking spot. Park 2 vehicles in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you are already where the action is! Things to know: * Please note that there are active security cameras in all common areas Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay! Condo was wonderful! It all the extras...super clean and comfy! The balcony with 3 different access doors was convenient. Perfect for our family get together. Loved being able to walk out and be on the boardwalk in under minute...and the little coffee shop that you pass the boardwalk was yummy..not to mention the popcorn & candy sotre..lol. Parking was easy and felt super secure! We loved the view! We will be back! Thanks!

We loved the property and the pool - so glad it was still open after Labor Day even though some listings say it closes on Labor Day. We don't go on the beach so having the pool is an absolute must. The location can't be beat - absolutely wonderful. Parking garage was also a huge plus - spots for this unit located right by the elevator. Will definitely consider for future trips, hopefully with another couple to share it with.
