The Space:

Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, give every guest their own space to stretch out. With 4 beds total, the home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers are all provided, and clothing storage is available in each room.

 

Living space

The bright, open layout flows easily from room to room, with ceiling fans and air conditioning keeping things comfortable throughout. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone squeezing in remote hours. Smart lock and private entrance make for a fully self-sufficient check-in, and families traveling with little ones will find a pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair already on-site.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all in place. Cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper), dishes, silverware, wine glasses, blender, toaster, and baking sheet are all included. A coffee maker and hot water kettle are ready for slow mornings, and the dining table seats the group for sit-down meals indoors. Outside, a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is set up and ready to use.

 

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms - one per bedroom - mean no waiting in the morning. Each is stocked with shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, and a bathtub is available for soaking after a long beach day.

 

Outdoor space

The fully fenced private backyard is one of the home's standout features - a fire pit and outdoor dining area make it an easy spot for evening hangouts, and the outdoor furniture gives you somewhere to settle in at any time of day. A private balcony adds another layer of outdoor space, perfect for morning coffee or winding down after dark.

 

Beach essentials

Beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all included - no need to pack or rent anything. A washer and dryer on-site means you can rinse and refresh between beach days without worry.

 

Location

The home sits minutes from the beach in Cape Canaveral, with Cocoa Beach Pier, Kennedy Space Center, local dining, and coastal attractions all close by. Free parking is on the premises, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

You’re just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, and popular spots like Cocoa Beach Pier and Kennedy Space Center, making it a great home base for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, with easy access to nearby beaches, grocery stores, and attractions. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is also bike-friendly for shorter trips to the beach and nearby spots.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
