A Few Things to Know Before Booking

Smoking and Vaping:

To keep the condo fresh and comfortable for every guest, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Vaping is welcome outdoors only. Evidence of indoor smoking or vaping will result in a $250 additional cleaning and odor-remediation fee.

Hot Tub Care:

Please shower before entering the hot tub, especially after returning from the beach. This helps prevent sand from damaging the equipment and keeps the water clean. Sand in the hot tub will result in a $150 drain, cleaning, and refill fee.

Parking:

Your stay includes one designated exterior parking space (#21), located farthest to the right when pulling in. Please park entirely within the marked space. Because the HOA does not provide guest or overflow parking, additional or unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

Relax on your private bayfront deck just minutes from South Padre Island and Port Isabel. This third-floor waterfront condo offers a comfortable setting for couples, small families, remote work, or a quiet coastal getaway.

The Space

Unit #21 features a clean, comfortable, and functional layout with everything needed for a relaxing stay:

* Two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms
* Full kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and dining area
* Comfortable living area with a large Smart TV and waterfront views
* Private deck overlooking the bay
* Hot tub with waterfront views
* In-unit washer and dryer
* Teak dining table and seating

Sleeping Arrangements

* Primary bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the full bathroom with shower
* Second bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV, built-in drawer storage, and private half bathroom

Outdoor & Waterfront

Enjoy peaceful water views from your private deck—an inviting place for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or unwinding after exploring South Padre Island and Port Isabel.

Non-exclusive dock access is available for fishing only. For safety and to respect community rules, boat docking, mooring, launching, lift use, swimming, diving, and jumping from the dock are not permitted. Dock use is at your own risk.

Access & Privacy

The entire upstairs condo, including both bedrooms and bathrooms, the living areas, full kitchen, private deck, hot tub, and washer and dryer, is exclusively for guest use.

Unit #21 is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

The garage interior, captain’s quarters, boathouse, and boat lift are not included with the rental and are not accessible to guests.

The owner resides on-site in a completely separate private area. Your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. The condo will only be entered if you request assistance, maintenance is required, or entry is necessary for safety.

The host is available through Vrbo messaging whenever you have questions or need assistance.
