Lakeside Home- Old Hickory Lake

Two bedroom, two bath mobile home situated inside the Gallatin Marina. This home offers a spacious kitchen and living area featuring leather furniture and a 65” UHD Roku TV. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Our guest room has a queen size bed and TV- Fire-stick and Roku are provided for use with your own account.

Located inside the Gallatin Marina and neighbor to Old Hickory Lake- This charming mobile home is nestled in the shade with dining, live entertainment and lake views just minutes from the front door.

Enjoy Sunday brunch or dinner at Awedaddy’s Restaurant (seasonal- closed October-March) located within walking distance. Known for their Waylon burger and famous Bushwhacker, Awedaddy’s features live entertainment Thursday-Sunday on the patio. Live music may be heard from outside the property.

* Please note that this home is located within a small mobile home community. The properties are all within close proximity to each other and we do not own the other properties or maintenance them.

Visit downtown Gallatin for some coffee and local shopping. Swing by our local Farmers Market on Saturday morning for handmade soaps, baked goods and plenty of fresh produce.

Take a short 1 mile drive to Lock Four Park to see some of Tennessee’s wildlife and beautiful views of Old Hickory Lake. If you enjoy fishing this is a great spot! This park also offers biking trails.

Learn to paddle board and take a class with Nashville SUP & Yoga or take advantage of rentals available at Gallatin Marina.

Cruisin’ Tikis Nashville is also located at Gallatin Marina and is a fun and exciting tour featured on Old Hickory Lake. Check their website for more information on cruise schedules and prices.

Hiking, boating, fishing, a playground and two public launch ramps are within a mile of your stay. 40 minutes to downtown Nashville and 35 minutes to the airport. This getaway has something to offer everyone!

Guest of Lot 11 will have access to the entire interior of the home and front deck area. Please enter and exit the home thru the sliding glass doors.

The back door is for emergency use only. Please note the yard in the back is the neighbors front yard and guest are prohibited.

I’ll be glad to accommodate the needs of my guests. I’m usually in the area and can assist when needed.

Located near Gallatin Marina and beside Awedaddy’s Restaurant. During peak season (Spring-Fall) you’ll find this is a great place to eat with an inviting neighborhood. Music may be heard from the property on the weekends. Please be respectful to neighbors and keep noise down after 9pm.

There is no boat/trailer parking beside the property. Trailer parking is available in overflow lot.

Uber and Lyft services are available for this area.

Publix, Krogers and Walmart are located within a 2-mile radius.

Instacart app provides grocery delivery.

Door Dash and Uber Eats delivery are available to the area.

Awedaddy`s Restaurant is located within walking distance.

We cannot accommodate boat/ trailer parking in front of the home. Please message us for additional information on parking.

Quiet hours are 10pm- 8am.
**Please note that a $250.00 FEE WILL BE INCURRED IF TENANT FAILS TO FOLLOW ALL HOUSE RULES**

Max occupancy is four adults. Any additional guests must be approved at the time of booking or additional fees may apply ($100 per additional guest that was not approved at booking.)

NO PETS.

Please remove your shoes at the door.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside.

NO littering of any sort on the deck or grounds outside. This includes cigarette butts. Please dispose of all trash properly.

No use of drugs, incenses or candles are permitted in the home.

Do not use the counter tops as cutting boards. Boards are provided in the cabinets.

Do not use pushpins/thumb tacks, nails OR tape on the walls.

No parties or events.

Absolutely NO speeding. Max 5 mph.

The back door is to be used as an emergency exit only.

There is no parking of boats or trailers or use of electric for boats in front of property. If you have a boat or trailer and need assistance, please contact me for additional information via the messaging app.

** Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking or pets are detected and excessive cleaning is required.

** There is a camera located on the tree behind the deck. The camera will record when it is activated by motion. This ensures the safety of our guests and assets during your stay. Privacy is very important to us therefore there are no recording devices within the property.****

CHECK OUT POLICY:

Check out time is 10am.

Please leave all used linens (sheets) and towels in the laundry area.

Please hand wash your used dishes or load and run the dishwasher before leaving.

Empty the refrigerator.

Please dispose of all garbage (kitchen and bathrooms) in the provided container located behind the property.

Trash container should be moved to the front of the property on Sunday evenings for pickup on Monday mornings.

Return the physical key. ($25 will be charged if the key is not returned).

Turn out all the lights and lock the door by pressing the red circle on the keypad
