Charlie's Place est une suite avec une chambre, une salle de bain, avec un salon spacieux, une cuisine, une salle de fitness et un superbe patio avec une piscine privée. Situé dans un excellent quartier à quelques minutes de marche de la lumière, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Nashville, de l'ADN, des principaux centres commerciaux et bien plus encore. En étant juste en dehors de la ville de la musique, vous serez assez proche pour vous amuser, mais assez loin de l'agitation de Nashville pour pouvoir obtenir de véritables activités de R & R.

Fully equiped, could use kleenex in bathroom.We were so busy that we did not have time for the pool. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing! We wanted relaxation at the place we stayed- with a chill pool. We got that and so much more! Yes- it’s a bit from downtown Nashville- never had a problem getting an Uber/lyft. Then had an oasis in the country. Delivery of groceries is possible- but don’t plan on walking for items or to restaurants. Charlie has put so much thought into your stay there! Details that make your trip more memorable. It’s like you are staying with a friend. If you are lucky you will leave with new friends and like us- knowing you will be back at Charlie’s Place. Charlie, Richard, and Pearl added to an amazing first VRBO vacation for our 25th anniversary.

The guest suite and outdoor areas were lovely as pictured. The pool and lounging areas provided a great oasis outdoors during the day and at night. Loved all the thoughtful amenities and personal touches everywhere. Charlie and Richard were great hosts, and Pearl was a sweety. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the Nashville area.

Check-in was a breeze! the property is beautiful and kept up. The guest suite was very clean & had all the utensils need kitchen, very soft bath towels. We took an Uber downtown, just 20 mins away. Love the patio and pool!! a very relaxing place and I cannot speak highly enough about our host Charlie!! super sweet & friendly! I will be coming back for many more years! YOU will not be disappointed!!Oh and the beds were nice, rooms decorated very cute and welcoming. ALL the necessities you could want.

Home Away From Home!

I don't know where to begin. Everything about Charlie's place was outstanding, including Charlie! The bed was comfortable, the accommodations were absolutely everything that we needed, the location was perfect to the places we were there for (Lebanon and Nashville). Charlie thought of every detail. She leaves nuggets of information for everything you might need or enjoy and offers the opportunity to be as private and uninterrupted as you'd like. But man, if you care to make an awesome new friend, you surely can with her! She's amazing! This review is supposed to be about how great her place is, but she is such an amazing human being, you can't help but make meeting her part of the greatness of the overall experience. Again, she's not "in the way" or overbearing or intrusive, but she's accessible and if you care to meet her, its doable. Just be prepared to like her and want to make her your bestie (lol)... it totally matches the pool, and the comfort and warmth of everything else! We were there to support my son who was in school in Lebanon at the Baker's School of Aeronauticis, and now I'm trying to create a reason for my hisnand and I to go back. Talk about Southern Hospitality?! We stayed for 15 days and by the time we left, we felt like we were at home with great neighbors. We'll definitely be back to stay at Charlie's place. Why would you want to stay anywhere else?!

21st birthday trip

The house was lovely and I enjoyed the pool! When we were heading out into Nashville I did get a flat I’m not sure from what but it happened in the driveway wasn’t far to go somewhere and get that fixed. Other than that enjoyed everything, I would stay again if I’m ever around the area!

Everything was amazing, clean, well stocked, friendly hosts. Probably the most relaxing week weve had in years. Wed definitely rent this property again and again. For us...no need to look anlt any others.

Excellent Host!

Charlie’s home is wonderful. We had everything we needed and more. We totally appreciated all the extra items. Her kitchen is well stocked with basic items. The beds were comfy, the location was far enough from the city that we felt we got away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. The drive to her home was very nice, yet not so far out that going to Nashville seemed far. Very safe area which is quiet and peaceful. Nice area to walk. Charlie lives in the top half of the home and you’d never know she was there. Sadly, it was still too cold for the pool. Thank you Charlie for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay with you again, if you will have us.

Was a great little place…initially.

Let me first say that when we arrived everything was great, I loved the spot as well as the location of this rental. Cut to day two, my SIL and her husband had a rough night on the mattress in the main room as it was hard and squeaky. I noticed that the host had mentioned to some reviewers that they should have just messaged her about any issues and they would’ve been handled. So I messaged her, asking if she by chance had a mattress topper. The only response I received back was ‘no’. I said I gotcha. We can pile some blankets up, should be ok. Well apparently she took that as there was a problem. As we headed out to go to dinner, she came running down her deck stairs to confront us. She got very defensive asking what the problem was, which I told her that I think she took what I said the wrong way and that there wasn’t a problem. She continued to defend her mattress saying there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s new and great, that we could just go spend $500 on a hotel room if it’s a problem. We had to tell her multiple times that there wasn’t a problem. We were so in shock by this interaction that we contemplated leaving and going elsewhere, but decided to just deal since we were only there 2 more days. she has full control of the A/C and would have it down chilly all day and would turn it up at night. We just dealt with it and left 2 days later. The toilet was also loose but I didn’t want to message her again. She’d have recd 5 stars.. her attitude blew that!

Charlie’s place is well furnished; comfortable and convenient. Charlie is easy to contact and responds quickly. This is our second time using this property and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable accommodations in a lovely location

Very clean and comfortable. We not only enjoyed downtown Nashville, but also exploring Old Hickory Lake and nearby marina. The pool right outside your door is a bonus too. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

Great Place

We stayed at Charlies to enjoy the pool and catch up with friends. It was a cute place and the pool was perfect. Charlie is very nice and easy to work with. I would stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a very nice stay. Communication with the homeowner was great and the property was just as described. It was far out in the country, but easy enough to get right into Nashville. The pool was a very nice addition during the 90° weather. I would highly recommend the place and I wouldn’t hesitate staying again if I were in Nashville.

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. It was convenient to the expressway. The hostess was friendly and responded quickly to questions. We really enjoyed the pool and the covered area with the swing. The furnishings were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
