Hutto House is a charming craftsman home built in 1945 and is conveniently located in the Downtown Historic District of Hutto Texas. The home has two Bedrooms, one Bathroom (Updated), Dining Room, Ultra Chill Living Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and Relaxing Front Porch. The home sets on a large lot with plenty of parking for you and your guest.
Hutto House still has most of its original 1945 craftsman charm such as the original windows, doors, and trim work. The home has been updated with a new roof, central ac and heating, fully updated bathroom, and kitchen quartz countertops. You will be very comfortable during your stay. You will also have access to the indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.
You will be within walking distance of everything Downtown Hutto has to offer, Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment. You will be in close proximity to the cities of Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Elgin, and Taylor. Minutes away from the Kalahari Water Park, Dell Diamond, Old Settlers Park, and Samsung’s new $40 Billion Taylor facility, and easy access to the Austin Airport via 130 Toll Road.
