Access is simple and convenient with self check-in using a secure smart lock. Guests will have full access to both the main house and the separate guest house during their stay. The garage is not available for guest use. A short pathway located directly in front of the home provides easy walkable access to the lake.

No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
