Our Peaceful-Uplifting-Serine Coastal Home:

>Stay in 1 of 4 rooms - the king studio (spa vibes) has its own separate entrance, separate kitchenette and a shared bathroom with our other king bedroom (botanical vibes). On the other side of the house, we have two queen bedrooms which share the 2nd bathroom (surf and sea turtle themes). All rooms have Roku TVs, light filtering and blackout shades on windows, fans, extra pillows, extra blankets, and charging stations (bonuses: sleep masks and ear plugs).

>Both bathrooms include showers, plenty of towels, hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers (bonuses: make up remover pads, toothpaste and tooth brushes).

>2 outdoor spaces, large BBQ grill and tools, 2 bikes + helmets, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys for all ages + fully equipped kitchen.

>If you want a carefree vacation, we have equipped the house with resources to dine out, order in, book excursions etc to make your stay 5-stars. Tons of resources!

>Need to work while on vacation? We have a HP wireless printer available to use.

>Five streaming Roku TV's, all 55-70", have all the basis covered, just bring your login info (local cable channels included via the Roku App).

>We have two Air Conditioner units, both equipped with UltraMAX UV lights which aggressively destroys airborne microorganisms, bio-growth and mold.

Outdoor Spaces:

The Southwest Florida sun and our two outdoor areas will invite you outside to enjoy the comfy outdoor amenities. In the backyard we have a huge round sofa to lounge, dining for 6 and a BBQ grill as well as room to play games. In the front, there is room to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast or read a book throughout the day. Bonus: we take a proactive approach to limiting any bugs and mosquitos so that you can enjoy the outdoors as much as we do.

We have 2 beach bikes/helmets for you to enjoy + details on area rentals (paddle board, kayak, additional bikes, cruising boat, fishing boat etc), activities/excursions (the list is too long, basically everything Naples and SWFL offers) + all the beach equipment you might need (8 beach chairs, umbrella's, beach toys and and endless supply of beach towels).

The Brookside neighborhood is quaint and quiet, so show your neighbors the same respect. Driveway equipped to take 2 cars and street side parking can handle additional cars. Keyless entry access for both doors (same code). Day of checkin I will send you a private message with the door code(s).

Brookside neighborhood of Naples is close to downtown Naples, less than 1 mile. Cross streets are Airport Pulling and Davis Boulevard. You are extremely close to everything that Naples has to offer including 2 miles to the beach and all the downtown excursions.

If flying into Naples private airport, you’re less than five minutes away. If flying into RSW Fort Myers airport, you are about 42 minutes away. If looking to stay local you could do everything by bike or by Lyft/Uber. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is less than two minutes away.

Location is central to everything in Downtown Naples, yet a quick 20 min ride to everything else in Naples. Flying into Naples private airport? Great news, the airport is also very close by (5 min away)...During season (Jan-April) the air traffic is busier with smaller private planes so you will hear planes from time to time (not an issue, just an FYI).
