A gated entry opens to a path that leads to the front door, with the driveway to one side and a sense of arrival that feels private and settled before you step inside.
Through the front door, the home divides naturally in two directions. To the right is a sitting room with generous seating and a decorative fireplace -- a quieter space to read or decompress, separate from the main living area. A half bathroom sits just ahead, convenient for guests without requiring access to the bedroom wing.
To the left, the home opens into a wide, skylit floor plan that runs from the kitchen through dining and into the living room. The skylights overhead fill the space with natural light throughout the day, and the effect is immediate. The kitchen is built around marble waterfall countertops, warm wood cabinetry, a large center island, and a six-burner professional gas range. A built-in microwave and refrigerator with a water filter dispenser round out the appliances. A walnut dining table seats eight just off the kitchen, positioned to take advantage of the light from above.
The living room extends beyond the dining area, anchored by a deep green velvet sectional, an 85-inch smart TV, and a bold black arched feature wall with a circular porthole window. The design throughout the home reflects real intention -- curated artwork, considered finishes, and details that make the space feel lived-in rather than staged.
Off the living area, a hallway leads to a flex room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a queen bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and dedicated desk with chair. This wing functions well for a guest, a colleague, or anyone who wants separation from the rest of the group.
The primary suite is at the opposite end of the home. It features a king bed, walk-in closet, wall-mounted smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and marble vanity. Sliding glass doors open directly to the backyard. The washer and dryer are located just outside the primary bedroom door, accessible without passing through any other bedroom.
The backyard is well proportioned and organized for use. A dining table and propane grill sit on the back patio, adjacent to a lounge seating area. The pool and spa anchor the yard, with sun loungers alongside. A grass lawn and mature greenery complete the space, providing privacy on all sides. The backyard can also be reached through the side door off the living room.
The home is single-level throughout, with central AC and heat, smart TVs in three rooms, a laptop workspace, and driveway parking for two to three vehicles with additional street parking available.
Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
Please note there is a Ring camera above the front door showing the entryway and a Ring camera above the garage showing the driveway. The fireplace is decorative and not for use during your stay.

This home is located in Leimert Park, one of Los Angeles` most culturally distinct neighborhoods and long recognized as a center of Black art, music, and culture in the city. The area has genuine character -- live jazz, local art galleries, independent coffee shops, and soul food and Caribbean restaurants that have been anchoring the community for decades, alongside newer businesses that reflect the neighborhood`s ongoing evolution.
The location is also exceptionally well-connected. SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum, and Crypto .com Arena are all within 10 to 15 minutes, making the home a natural base for concerts and games. Culver City is roughly 10 minutes west, Downtown LA is about 15 minutes east, and LAX is approximately 15 minutes away. The Expo Line is accessible for those who prefer to skip the freeway.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. The Expo Line is also accessible for trips to Culver City, Santa Monica, and Downtown LA without getting on the freeway.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
