The Space:

Welcome to your Fripp Island retreat! This newly updated marsh-front home with beautiful marsh and ocean views is conveniently located on the north end of Fripp Island.



This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this coastal getaway is perfect for families or golf groups looking to relax and enjoy island life. Upstairs, you’ll find two king primary suites, each with its own private full bathroom. One suite also offers access to a private balcony where you can enjoy peaceful sunrise views overlooking the marsh and ocean. On the main level, a full-over-full bunk room with a connected full bathroom, plus a separate flex space with twin bunk beds - perfect for kids or additional guests.



The bright open-concept living area offers plenty of room to gather, with designer furnishings, fresh paint, abundant natural light, and beautiful marsh and ocean views throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances, ample seating, and easy access to the deck, which features an outdoor dining area.



The fun continues on the ground level with a game area featuring ping-pong, putt-putt, and giant Jenga for guests of all ages to enjoy.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.



Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.



Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is home to many whitetail deer and other wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
