- The second floor of the house is off-limits to guests and should not be accessed at any time.
- The pellet stove in the main living area is not to be used for the duration of your stay.
- Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver`s license)
- All guests who book are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.
- Please note that the pellet fire place in the basement living area is not to used for the entirety of stay.
- Pet is allowed here with corresponding fees.
- All guests are required to our pre-check-in registration through Happy Guest platform.
- Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver`s license)
- The booking guest required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and weâd like to keep it that way :)
- No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vapingâ also donât discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
- No fireworks
- There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
- Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
