Just minutes from Highway I-45, Dhakal Ranch is a private, fully fenced sanctuary where nature, luxury, and adventure meet. Designed for families, friends, and corporate groups, the retreat comfortably sleeps up to 30 guests overnight, offering the perfect balance of comfort and privacy.

Wander along our scenic concrete paths as the sun sets over the horizon, or spend your days enjoying an array of activities tailored for every interest. Bedrooms:

1st bedroom: 2 full bed with full shower
2nd bedroom: 6 queen bunk beds with restroom
3rd bedroom: 4 queen bunk beds with full shower
Ground floor has 4 restrooms.

4th bedroom is in a private tiny house 100ft from barn which has his own private restroom, bathroom and Kitchen and laundry.

5th bedroom is a private house near pond which has his own private restroom, bathroom and Kitchen.

Glass house with own private restroom, bathroom and Kitchen is under construction.

Outdoor area has restrooms and 1 shower near pool


For any event, birthday party, or gatherings with more than 30 guests, we charge a $500 per night fee to cover property wear and tear.

For security and insurance purposes, the primary booking guest must provide a government-issued ID before check-in.
This helps us verify the reservation and protect the property. All information is kept private and securely deleted after the stay.
